These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and Magnum8 (hereinafter referred to as "Magnum8", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at magnum8.cam (the "Platform").

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. Magnum8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the User's age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
21+ Strictly Enforced: Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
To be eligible to open and maintain an Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Magnum8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any associated balances or pending winnings.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Magnum8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You must notify Magnum8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
Magnum8 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Magnum8 reserves the right to decline withdrawals where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.

Fraud Prevention: Magnum8 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any attempt to manipulate deposits, exploit payment processing systems, or conduct money laundering activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
An additional 2% deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is available on deposits made via BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC. This bonus is subject to the same wagering requirements as other deposit bonuses unless a specific promotion page states otherwise. The 21+ age restriction applies without exception.

Magnum8 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest technical error; (b) the odds displayed were demonstrably incorrect; (c) the event in question is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; or (d) there is evidence of match-fixing or other integrity concerns. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Account holder.
Magnum8 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event at its sole discretion. Players will be notified of applicable limits at the time of bet placement where technically feasible.
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:
Enforcement: Magnum8 employs advanced detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Any funds held in an Account found to be in breach of these provisions may be frozen pending investigation and subsequently forfeited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content; (b) collect and use any product listings or descriptions; or (c) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
The Magnum8 name, logo, and associated trade marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of any Magnum8 trade mark is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Magnum8 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
In no event shall Magnum8's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Magnum8 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will meet your specific requirements; (b) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free; or (c) any errors in the Platform's software will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Magnum8 support via the live chat or email channels listed in Section 15 of these Terms. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled. Any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable processing times and KYC requirements.
Magnum8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) Magnum8 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) your continued use of the Platform presents an unacceptable risk or liability to Magnum8; or (d) Magnum8 reasonably suspects fraudulent or abusive activity on your Account.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use the Platform shall immediately cease. Any Bonus Funds or bonus-related winnings shall be forfeited. Verified real-money balances may be returned at Magnum8's discretion, subject to any outstanding investigations or legal holds.
Magnum8 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Magnum8 will use reasonable efforts to provide notice — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by notifying registered Account holders via email. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1 above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and regulations under which Magnum8 is operated. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute a representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction — it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute arising in connection with your Account, wagers, or these Terms, you should first contact Magnum8's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Magnum8 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
Magnum8 shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, government regulation, disaster, strike, or interruption of internet infrastructure.
